Presented by The Nature of Words and Atelier 6000
Graphic design meets poetry and short storytelling. The Al Mutanabbi Street Project is part of an ongoing nationwide movement in solidarity, reconstruction and self-expression that commemorates the terrible 2007 bombing of Baghdad’s historic literary and intellectual quarter. Participants create their own poster-sized broadside, and can share their poems and unique written pieces in a public reading and exhibition at Atelier 6000 on March 6. $70
